I want you all to know how grateful my dad, my husband and I are that this process went so smoothly.

The work you do is very important and let me tell you why. My dad is 87 years old and over the last two years, he has lost his wife to Alzheimers, and his son to unexpected surgical complications at 55 yrs. of age. He is quite resilient. My husband and I are building a home in Missoula, MT and Dad thought now would be a good time to move to AZ permanently and visit us in MT during the hot AZ summers. When he can no longer live independently in AZ, he will move to MT and live with us.

The decision to sell his home here has been something we knew he would have to do, and something that we dreaded, considering how unsettling it would be for him if there were open houses, multiple showings, etc. to coordinate. Thankfully, we never had to worry about any of those things.

Thanks to your team, this process was one of the smoothest things I've encountered when it comes to major-life-events.
