I found a 1/2 acre parcel that was vacant. I wanted more information on it but I couldn't find anyone that was interested in helping me. Tom O'Conner put in the extra effort and got the info that I needed. Even though there wasn't a lot of money to be made on the deal.

I was able to purchase the property because of his hard work and purchased a mobile home which is now sitting on the lot.
